Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon

The high rye content in the bourbon creates a rich, spicy flavor and gives the bourbon notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. A proprietary yeast culture used to ferment the mash produces a light, fruity balance to the spiciness and the aging process gives the bourbon notes of maple syrup and caramel.
